Win for David at AAI GAMES:
The AAI Games opened the national indoor season on Saturday January 11th. This was also the first national championship medals of the year on offer. In the 400m Races David Ryan was drawn in Lane 6 of Heat 1 David won his heat in 48:05 which was the fastest time of the day from 5 heats Well done David Great going.
Fit 4 Life:
Our Fit 4 life Returns on Monday the 20th January at 7:15pm at our club grounds in Littleton eircode E41 A0V5 . New joiners always welcome, €2 per session.
Juvenile Training:
Returns to our regular schedule Tuesdays & Thursdays 7pm tp 8pm from our club grounds in Littleton. €2 per session, New members Always welcome. Check our social media pages for updates.
Membership Renewal:
Athletics Ireland membership for 2025 is now due for Juvenile and Senior members and can be renewed via the online portal https://membership.athleticsireland.ie. Membership enables athletes to be Insured for the year and registered for any County,Munster and National events in 2025.
