Eyeries Coastguard Station Loop Heats Up Trail League

Another Wednesday brings another eagerly anticipated event in the IMRA Munster Summer/Autumn Trail League. Tonight, at 7:30pm, runners will gather for the Eyeries Coastguard Station Loop Trail Race, set to deliver a thrilling 8km challenge with a 200m elevation gain.
This course will take participants through some of Cork’s most stunning coastal scenery, promising both seasoned athletes and newcomers an unforgettable racing experience. Under the expert direction of Race Director Mark Gallagher, tonight’s event is the eighth in the league and is expected to draw a significant number of competitors eager to test their skills on the terrain.
Current league standings, following the competitive Craig Woods race, see Deirdre Enright leading the female category, while Thomas Downey holds the top spot in the male category.
