Dymphna Ryan Sets New Personal Best at Kilcock 5K

The Kilcock 5k was held on Friday, 28th June in Kilcock, Co Kildare and hosted by St Cocas AC. This is a well-known super-fast 5k course that athletes around the country travel to in the hopes of getting a PB. The race was sold out with 720 registered. Dymphna Ryan made the trip to Kildare and it was well worth it as she set a new PB in a very fast 16:44. She just missed out on a podium position placing 4th Woman and won 1st O40. Great to see Dymphna's strong form paying off with a new PB.
