Burn off those Xmas Calories: GOAL Mile Events Across Ulster This Christmas and New Year

Christmas brings not only celebrations but also the opportunity to contribute to a plethora of noble causes. The GOAL Mile, a tradition for many, are taking place across Ulster this year. These one-mile walks or runs support GOAL, a well-established charity working to help vulnerable communities survive crises worldwide. Open to participants of all fitness levels, the GOAL Mile offers a chance to step outdoors, burn off the festive indulgences, and make a meaningful impact.

The Goal Mile is a simple yet very worthwhile event. Covering just a mile, it’s accessible to all fitness levels and a chance to burn off Christmas calories while supporting GOAL’s vital work in crisis-hit communities. All in all, the GOAL Mile is a great way to start or end your Christmas break.
