Run in the Dark 5k & 10k Events are on the horizon.
November 1, 2023
On November 15th, Run in the Dark will hold their 5k and 10k runs across Ireland and globally to help raise funds for Collaborative Cures. Run in the Dark is a global movement lighting up the night to help cure paralysis in our lifetime. All funds raised go towards the charity Collaborative Cures. Everything Collaborative Cures does is about bringing people together to cure paralysis in our lifetime which will produce a public benefit for up to 60 million people around the world with some form of paralysis.
Mark Pollock, Run in the Dark founder, gave us this message before the November event: “Millions of paralysed people worldwide don’t have the option to walk or to run or even to stand up, but you can help change that as you join 25,000 people worldwide at Run in the Dark this November. All additional donations and fundraising will support our charity partner Collaborative Cures to bring people together to cure paralysis in our lifetime.”
Events take place in many different locations around Ireland, kicking off in Dublin at 8pm on Tuesday November 14th. The rest of the events, taking place across 50+ cities worldwide, will kick off at roughly 8pm on Wednesday November 15th, depending on your location. It is worth noting that the Dublin event is sold out.
