 Munster U15 - U19 Indoor Championships.

There was no rest for our cross-country athletes as many of them made the quick turnaround from Cross Country to track in order to compete in the indoor championships on Saturday February 15th. The action was back a little closer to home in Nenagh Olympic stadium for two days of competition at the provincial level.

Grainne Daly and Helen Renehan were next up for the club, both competing in the girls u15 high jump. Both girls cleared their opening heights and up to 1.25m on their first attempt, setting themselves up with a solid start. At 1.30m, Grainne showed her strength as she cleared the height on her third attempt. A clearance at this height placed Grainne 6th, an excellent result at this level of competition.
