2025 Diamond Legue Schedule

The 2025 Diamond League Calander has been released. The schedule will include 15 meets across four continents and 13 countries, bringing athletics to a global audience. Each discipline will be staged between four and seven times on the Road to the Final, giving athletes ample opportunity to qualify for that final which will be held in Zurich after a two-year absence.
The season will kick off with the first meeting in Xiamen on April 26th. Staying in China, the athletes can proceed to meeting number two in Shanghai on May 3rd. The next two meetings will be in Doha and Rabat respectively. Then it’s to Europe on June 6th, where Rome will be the venue for the first European meet of the series.
Further European meets are scheduled for Oslo, Stockholm and Paris in June before the athletes will fly to Eugene (Oregan, USA) for the first of the July meets. Its back to Europe, for further July action in Monaco and London. Staying in Europe for August, athletes will compete in Silesia, Lausanne and Brussels. Those gathering enough points will take part in the final in Zurich on August 27th – 28th.
Next year’s World Championships will take place in Tokyo in September (13-21), making the Diamond Legue the perfect opportunity for athletes to get racing fit before travelling to Japan.
The prize money has increased to the highest ever offered for the Diamond League. A total of approximately $18 million will be paid to athletes over the course of the 2025 Diamond League season. $30,000 and $50,000 will be offered per discipline at each of the series meets with between $60,000 and $100,000 for the final in Zurich.
