Join us for an exciting trail run through the scenic village of Lisvarrinane, nestled in the heart of Tipperary.

🎽 Event Details:
Distance: 11.50 km
Climb: 313 meters
Event Difficulty: 6 (Easy Terrain, 200M–500M ascent, >10Km)
Marking: Fully marked route.
GPS Usage: Allowed.
🎒 Mandatory Kit (Level A – Basic):
All participants must bring the following item:
Showerproof, windproof jacket
Important: A jacket must be carried or worn throughout the race. Random checks will be conducted, and failure to comply will result in disqualification.
📜 Route Overview:
The trail begins with a short uphill road section leading into beautiful trails, followed by a single uphill forest path. From there, runners will enjoy a fast fire road section before a final short climb. The highlight of the route includes a muddy downhill trail, a steep technical descent winding through the trees, and a smooth path back to the finish line.
Tip: Trail runners with good grip are highly recommended for this terrain!
