Countdown to race day!
On the 4th April 2023 we lost club member and Ballymacarbry man Colm Ryan. Colm was a much loved very popular man who was a friend to all in the running community.
Colm just wanted to get people out running it didn't matter if it was 6 minute mile or 12 minute miles he just loved to see people reaching their goals. Colm was a mentor to many especially in the Touraneena Road Runners so in conjunction with them we are holding a memorial run for Colm on Sunday 15th September at 11am.
Over the years Colm raised thousands of euros for cancer charities and we want to carry on his legacy with this race. All proceeds from the race will go to Cancer just as Colm would wish.
Online entry is €10 and on the day is €15.
Prizes for top 3 Male/Females and spots on the day.
