Get ready to lace up your trainers for the Portadown Running Festival 2025, where runners of all abilities will enjoy a fast, flat, and scenic race day experience. With 5K, 10K, and Half Marathon options, this event promises something for everyone!

🎽 Race Options:

5K: (Minimum age: 11 years)
10K: (Minimum age: 15 years)
Half Marathon: (Minimum age: 17 years)

Scenic Route: Enjoy the picturesque Bann River towpath loop towards Gilford.
Fantastic Atmosphere: The event starts and finishes at the spacious Portadown Rugby Club, offering a warm welcome and lively vibes.

💸 Prizes & Goodies:

Over £3,000 in Prize Money for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place male and female in each race.
Category Prizes for the 1st place finisher in each age group.
Medals & Buffs: All participants will receive a unique medal and a running buff.
Technical Tops: The first 1,400 registrants for the 10K and Half Marathon will receive a technical top (don’t miss out!).
🎟 How to Register:

Postal Entry Only: Select NI or RoI postal options when registering.
Race Bibs: Sent separately to participants. Postage fees apply.
Registration closes Friday, 28th February 2025, or sooner if sold out.
Transfer Window: Name changes allowed between 21st – 28th February 2025.
🗓 Important Dates:

Bib Posting Starts: Week commencing 10th March 2025.
Race Start Times: TBC (subject to council permits).
🛠 Facilities:

Parking: Plenty of spaces available within a 5-minute walk of the starting line (no parking at the Rugby Club).
Bag Drop & Changing: Located at the Rugby Club facilities.
💖 Giving Back:
This non-profit race supports local charities. In 2024, funds were donated to NI Cancer Fund for Children and Craigavon Samaritans, with new beneficiaries chosen by club members for 2025.
