All runners must bring the above items to the race. The actual kit to be carried during the race will be finalised on the day, depending on conditions and clearly advised at Registration.

💡 Entry Details:

Entry Cost: €144 per team (standard price, regardless of team size)

Registration Process:

Begins at 14:00 on Friday, 21st March, 2025

Team captains must register the team online after purchasing the team registration

Teams will be listed on the forum by Sunday, 11th May 2025

Complete registration by filling out the team details online form

🏁 Race Details:

Stages: 8 stages, each between 8km and 21km long

Team Size: Between 2 to 8 runners

Fundraising: For the IMRA Junior International teams

Important Info:

Teams must have a car park marshal for the race director’s pre-designated stage

Runners must carry the team baton (GPS tracker in a waistbelt)

Team members or running order can only be changed until 17:00 on the evening before the race (Friday, 16th May 2025)

Participants must complete the full route to remain competitive

Only one team per sporting club can officially represent the club
