Hat or buff

Charged mobile phone with emergency number stored

Foil blanket, bivvy bag, or equivalent

Waterproof full leg cover

Means to carry a minimum of 500 mL of water

Emergency food

Compass

The kit to be carried during the race will be confirmed on the day, depending on weather conditions.

Failure to carry the mandatory kit may result in disqualification.

📍 Route Description:

A beautiful yet demanding route through the wild terrain of Cork, with plenty of ascents and descents.

The route will be marked at major junctions, but runners are advised to rely on their navigational skills as GPS is not allowed.
