📍 Finish: St James Gate, Dublin
🕒 Time Limit: 30 hours
🚶‍♂️ Distance: 170km
👥 Limited Entries: 120 runners
🎂 Age: 18 years and above

Entry Fees:

Solo with Atlas Running Crew: £110

Solo with Your Own Crew: £95

Compulsory Kit 🧳:

Waterproof jacket 🌧️

Foil blanket 🌟

Head torch 🔦

Emergency food (e.g., Mars bars) 🍫

Route map (provided) 🗺️

Hi-viz vest (must be worn at all times) 🦺

Tracker (must be attached to your backpack, do not turn off) 📡

Checkpoints ⏱️:

40 miles - 10:00pm

70 miles - 8:00am

100 miles - 4:00pm

Drop Bags 🛍️:

Drop Bag 1: 40 miles

Drop Bag 2: 70 miles

Bags must be clearly marked with name and race number.

No valuables in drop bags.

Cut-off Times ⏰:

40 miles: 10:00pm

70 miles: 8:00am

100 miles: 4:00pm

Retirement 🚶‍♂️:

If you stop for more than 40 mins, you may be asked to retire.

Notify race HQ if retiring or missing a cut-off time.

Trackers must be handed in upon retirement.

Crews & Supporters 🚗:

Crews are welcome but must follow specific rules (no moving vehicles during the race, wear hi-viz tops).

Crews must have race organizer and medic contact info.

No pacers allowed.

Important Notes 📢:

Drugs & Alcohol: Strictly prohibited 🚫

Night-time Visibility: Ensure hi-viz and head torches are used 🔦

Emergency: SOS button on tracker, and phone race HQ if needed 📞

Money 💷:

Carry enough money for emergencies or retirement. Sterling and Euros accepted 💸
