Countdown to race day!
The Achill Half Marathon & 10K Run on 5 July 2025 takes place on Achill Island, Co Mayo, at the heart of the Wild Atlantic Way in the west of Ireland.
The event is on one of the most scenic half marathon courses in Ireland, passing vast bogs, golden beaches and soaring mountains on a circular 13.1 miles / 21km route. It is difficult in areas, but very manageable.
